Below you’ll find answers to common questions about the wedding weekend, including travel, accommodations, attire, and logistics. We’ve designed the experience to be relaxed and straightforward, but if something isn’t covered here, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Our celebration officially begins on Friday evening with a welcome dinner. Please plan to arrive no later than 5:30 PM on Friday to allow time to check in and get settled before the evening’s events.
The ceremony will take place on Saturday afternoon at 4:30 PM. Please arrive no later than 4:15 PM to find your seats.
The ceremony is planned to be outdoors, weather permitting. A comfortable indoor backup plan is in place in case of inclement weather.
The reception will conclude later in the evening on Saturday, with plenty of time for dinner, dancing, and celebrating together.
This is a full weekend celebration. We’re inviting our guests to enjoy a relaxed Catskills getaway with us from Friday through Sunday morning.
Friday’s welcome dinner, Saturday’s ceremony and reception, and Sunday’s breakfast are the required events. Additional activities throughout the weekend are optional and meant to be enjoyed at your leisure.
Yes. The weekend is intentionally unstructured at times so you can relax, explore the inn, enjoy the surrounding area, or unwind between events. A custom itinerary will be provided for each guest upon check in.

Yes, on-site parking is available for guests.
Yes. We have reserved the entire inn exclusively for our wedding guests for the weekend.
Rooms have been pre-assigned by us in advance to accommodate everyone comfortably.
When you’re ready to reserve your room, please call 845-439-4844 after April 7th. There is a $50 room deposit. For those sharing a room with another guest, only one person needs to call and pay the deposit. The remaining charge for the room is due at checkout.
Official check-in time is 4pm, and check-out time is 11am. For those attending the pool party, rooms may be available earlier than 4pm but early check-in is not guaranteed. You are welcome to access the grounds (main inn and clubhouse) before and after checkout.
Cell service can be limited or spotty in the Catskills. We recommend downloading directions ahead of time just in case. Wifi is available at the inn.
The dress code for Saturday's events (ceremony and reception) is garden formal. Please visit this page for more information on the dress code.
We recommend bringing cocktail attire for the welcome dinner Friday, garden formal attire for Saturday, comfortable shoes for walking outdoors, layers for cooler evenings, swimwear for the pool, and casual daytime outfits for relaxing or exploring. We also recommend bringing activities such as board games or a book for free time.
Yes. All meals will be included in your stay, from lunch Friday to breakfast on Sunday. The breakfast buffet will be available on Saturday and Sunday in the dining room from 8 AM to 10 AM.
Absolutely. Please share any dietary needs when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
An open bar will be available during the cocktail hour and reception on Saturday. A cash bar is available outside of these events.
Please let us know during the RSVP process whether you plan to attend the pool party to help us with an estimated guest count. All guests are welcome to attend the pool party regardless of their RSVP.
Due to the intimate nature of our wedding and limited accommodations, attendance is limited to those specifically listed on the invitation.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our professional photographer will capture the moment.
